Since 2008, C-Square (Caynon-Contino Trio), the Arts Council’s statewide
award-winning vintage pop/jazz band, has performed hundreds of programs at area nursing homes, our
Senior Services Center, Macon County Habilities, and at festivals and special events throughout the
region, most recently at Franklin’s Jan. 18 Dr. Martin Luther King Celebration. C-Square wouldn’t exist
without the talents and effort of keyboardist/arranger Lionel B. Caynon, and we sincerely thank him for
his almost 20 years of dedication and priceless volunteer service to this Council initiative!
